One of my favourite things in the run up to Christmas is going to see the wonderful window displays in all the big stores. There are some really great ones this year. Here are two to get you started...

Nice to see cafes and restaurants being all festive...after all, we do spend most of the holiday stuffing our faces!

London Baubles

How gorgeous are these London themed baubles? I have completely fallen in love! They can be found at  StArt Space on Columbia Road or online here. There are also Paris and New York versions, although I think the double decker bus wins it for us!

Christmas in the Capital

Since returning from NYC I have been feeling sooo festive and even though they do Christmas really well, I think there is no better place to get into the holiday spirit than our wonderful Capital. So, during the run up to Christmas, I will try and capture a little bit of London's festive spirit...

I am spreading the news, the man and me are leaving for New York today! Which means I will be taking a little break from my blog, to see what fun is to be had in the Big Apple! Be back soon...

TRON

If you are a fan of the 80's action sci-fi classic Tron, then head down to the South Bank to experience the build up to the sequel Tron Legacy, released later this month. Step into a recreation of Flynn's arcade, to play on the free games and catch the themed light show, projected onto the roof of the building.  I have to admit, I still haven't seen the original all the way through yet...must persevere!
