Olympic Rings at Tower Bridge

Was really sad to see the Olympic Rings removed from Tower Bridge today, especially as that's where i'd been taking in a lot of my big screen Olympic action. Could they not stay there forever, as part of the whole legacy thing?? They would definitely inspire me to think about sport and all the good times we've had watching it! Oh well. Bring on the Paralympics!
